I just uploaded Crackajack Funnies #28. This only includes the 6 page Owl story (The Murder of Whitney Morgan) with a Heritage cover.

This was the only Owl story I could find anywhere. The scan is readable, though not fantastic.

You are right, it is 28, sorry about the delay there were a few distractions calling for my attention, l will upload the full version if you like, it is a better scan, now only the ifc is damaged since l grabbed the front cover from yours.

The full comic is now available for those who want to read it, there is some question about whether the Crackajack Funnies are PD, since they are often strip reprints, l will let them stay for the time being though.

There is now Crackajack Funnies 003 scanned by HenryPeters and Dell4C up on the site and another Owl story hopefully from issue 32, the one that was supposedly 29 turned out to be 28 so l am not so sure the numbering on the Owl stories is that reliable.
