.......and who gives a crap! i think years from now that the comic books death phenomenon will be derided as much as the gimmicky covers of the 90's.and justifibly so.So glad i dont read new comics.

Which Robin are they going to kill off? It seems to me that Damian Wayne is a character that can't exist forever--at least as the biological son of Bruce Wayne. At some point they have to get rid of the character. He's only viable in a specific continuity, so long as those comics keep selling. It would be hard to write him into an all ages cartoon series.

My thoughts were also which one. I have always found using a non-powered kid as "sperhero" was stupid.

Well, for the record I have nothing against non-powered Robin working with non-powered Batman to fight non-powered criminals in the non-powered city of Gotham. I don't believe B&R were meant to be taken so seriously, but they jumped the shark a long time ago. Continuity keeps getting rebooted so often any deaths don't mean anything and I could really care less about what happens to these replacement heroes. I did think they intended to stop doing the death thing, back when they did Blackest Night, because they had realized how ridiculous it had all become. But I guess they've run out of ideas. Thank goodness for all the old classic comics.

You realize this means they will bring back the glass case. You know, the one they had Jason's costume in for all those years that kept getting broken every time you turned around.

And in the future jay the costume in the jar will be found to actually be Robin and they will revive him but hide his identity behind a purple hood.

Robin is becoming like all the dead drummers in Spinal Tap.
