Debut of the Marvel Family in Master Comics...and it's just a cameo of Captain Marvel warning/advertising his more prominent role next issue. This will lead to the debut of a major villain, Captain Nazi, and will soon after lead in to the debut of the hero who'll become the flagship character of Master Comics, Captain Marvel, Jr.! The main Bulletman story (of which Cap's cameo is largely unrelated) but suffers a bit by the fact the villain's plan makes no sense and that Bulletgirl has nothing to do in it but get captured.
