A good quartet of stories. First, Sivana uses a double to frame Captain Marvel for kidnapping! Cap gets a little help from Beautia on this one. Next, Cap has to stop a bunch of artificial volcanoes caused by the King of Craters! In the third tale, Cap travels South to help some locals fight off the Swamp Devil. The Devil hypnotizes the local populace, who repeat everything he says, which leads to an amusing moment when he tells them, "Follow, follow, follow!" In the final tale, Sivana returns and uses a new potion to defeat Billy Batson that changes Billy's body and personality! With Billy out of the way, Sivana actually takes over the country! But Billy finds a way out of his predicament, and uses Sivana's own formula to give the evil mad scientist a chance to reform. Don't expect it to last.
