I agree with NARFSTAR. Jack Sparling was a fast worker, which is probably why he got the work he did do. At DC, his work seemed even more terrible as he often was assigned strips drawn previously by craftsmen such as Murphy Anderson or Gil Kane. His work paled in comparison, unless it was heavily inked by someone else.
