I've tried that and found the "Automatic Color Correction" option in CDisplayEX to be very helpful.

Me Bad!

I sent Private Messages about this and thought that was the end of the matter. Perhaps I missed people out.

I basically said that we DON'T want to have remastered scans here. It is a can of worms,  let alone having to house duplicates. We have way over a million scanned pages as it is.

I think that maybe remastering is a subject for another site. But not here. So to make things very simple, any remastered material will be taken down.

Hope that clarifies the situation.
