It has Classic Illustrated on the cover, so just me, I would say no for here, but you can scan it for sharing elsewhere, as it remains unscanned as far as I can tell

Classics Illustrated ceased publishing in the US in 1972 and were not renewed.  However the copyrights are claimed by The owner of Jack Lake Productions of Toronto.  He has leased the scanning and sales thereof to Trajectory. 

Most of "The World Around Us" series was reprinted in the UK in the 1970s in 48 page editions (the ones about US military branches and the one about the Civil War were not printed in the UK.).

Though CI reprinted many times in the US, they also re-did about 30 with new adaptations and art.  About 80 new issues were originated in Europe in the 1970s (Those are definitely still in copyright).

There is a question about what lapsed into Public Domain after all these years.  If you want to work CI stuff, you need to do a copyright search for whatever country you are in.  I believe it is better to err by not scanning and posting than to post what you THINK is ok without checking than to get pulled into a lawsuit.
