Does Comic Book + and The Digital Comic Museum share all of their pics? I looked at the first few pages, and they look like they were sourced from the same, exact book. Both showed the same color-tone shifts two-thirds from the top (due to stitching two smaller pics in my opinion) and other imperfections. That leads me to believe both sites used the same picture file scans, although the sizes are different.

yes quite often, dare I say usually, the same book scan is loaded on both sites. most of scanners/contributors (of which there are relatively very few who really contribute to keep both DCM & CB+ going) upload and participate in both sites.
