Does anyone out there remember The Menomonee Falls Gazette or its companion Menomonee Falls Guardian?  If so do you know if it is available out there somewhere digitally?

I subscribed to the Menomonee Falls Gazette for awhile back in the 70s. I'm not sure why I let my subscription lapse, since I really enjoyed this publication and looked forward to getting it each week in the mail.

Doing an internet search, apparently there's a site called ilovecomixArchive.com that has it archived on their site, but you have to register to see the content. I haven't registered there (yet) so I can't verify what they have.

The Gazette really opened up my teenage eyes to the kind of comics that were available out there (including British comics like Modesty Blaise, Garth, and Scarth AD 2195--which featured women in various states of undress).

Thanks for the info, I will have to check out that site as well.  I remember really enjoying the Tug Transom strips among many others.

Go to ilovecomixarchive.com/comix.  There is quite a large supply of the Gazette -- most of the first 120 or so and one or two of those 100 issues later.  Some nice material, but I'd like to see them add the missing ones.

This group also has a lot of comic strips including Gasoline Alley from it's first year and fantasticly large runs of Li'l Abner and Alley Oop as well as some comic strips based on comic books.

One last strip I will recommend that is largely there is TWIN EARTHS with great art by Alden McWilliams.

I had forgot about that site [and it is possible to view it without registering]. Thanks for the reminder.

So glad that some of you are aware of Tug Transom.  I've mentioned him and his excellent illustrator, Alfred Sindall elsewhere on CB+, although there were others who drew the strip later, incl. Mazure, famous for his work on Dick Bos. There is story on 4shared but it has been translated to Spanish, here:-

Of course, Peter O'Donnell was the writer on early strips.
There are a few collected adventures available from:-
