At first glance, it does seem strange the story on page 16 doesn't have a title, but the more I look at it, I don't think it's missing a page. First, because the bottom panel has a box for the job number, and I think the job number was always on the first page of a story. That box could have been added later, but I think the artist usually drew it in when doing the art. Second, because the bottom panel looks very much like a typical splash page. True, splash pages aren't always the first page, so that's not definitive proof either. Third, there's the caption where they try to make a joke out of the lack of title; they mention a contest that is also referenced on the cover, to pick a winning name for the band. Finally, it looks like the artist left a lot of open space in the bottom right of the second panel and in the top right of the splash panel, presumably for narrative copy and a logo referencing the band's new name. My guess is, they either didn't have time to count the contest entries before deadline, or they didn't get any entries yet, so they ran it without a name. I wonder if they ever got a name in later issues, or if they just dropped the strip?
