Looking at the 'Ace Pearson of the Texas Rangers' titles, uploaded courtesy of Narfstar, I notice that they are copyrighted in 1953 by Stacy Keach. If this is the actor Stacy Keach senior, anybody know how he had copyright on this?

According to IMDb Keach was the producer/director of the "Tales of the Texas Rangers" radio and television show where the character originated.
