Honor House Polaris Submarine ad scan
« on: November 06, 2017, 01:07:22 AM »

Hi: Does someone have a super detailed, high definition scan of the Honor House Polaris submarine?
I plan on printing one poster size.
I'm having trouble finding a clean printed ad in a comic to scan. Most later ads are fuzzy or smudged.
My thought is to find a clean, early ad that the halftone prints were clean and crisp.
Any help would be appreciated, and I can share my printing capabilities.

because every kid of 50s and 60s wanted to rain nuclear destruction on their enemies:

I'll see what I can scrounge up. I'm sure I have that ad in at least one of the hundreds of books sitting inches away from my scanner & laptop

I have been researching  the components of this sub. I learned the Polaris missiles were some sort of toy left over from Atlas Plastics, it was a bellows activated Mercury rocket capsule.

I have been looking on Ebay for the missiles/capsules themselves.
