A Couple of things I'd like to share.
This one speaks for itself. Hanging out to read it.
'The Goat-Getters - Jack Johnson, the Fight of the Century, and How a Bunch of Raucous Cartoonists Reinvented Comics.' By Eddie Campbell.

And two things from Dave Sim.
First this page on Wally Wood. '22 Panels that always work' should be on every cartoonists wall. Note the sub-heading! The Article that goes with it gives some interesting perspective on Wood's time at Marvel. I noted somewhere that while a number of creators are credited on the TV DAREDEVIL, Wood is not. Why am I not surprised.
Note also Woods Credo. Was he serious or being sarcastic?

Last but not least,I'm trying to get coherent up-to-date information on Dave Sim's project, 'The Strange Death of Alex Raymond.' I think one volume is published and one is due. But Can't find out for sure. However this article gives the background to the story.

A Moment of Cerebus blogspot has a number of posts about the project.

Cheers!
