Since Charlton bought up the rights to a lot of Fawcett titles/characters, it's sort of a mystery why they bothered to change "Hoppy the Marvel Bunny" to "Hoppy the Magic Bunny" and "Shazam!" to "Alizam!" when reprinting this story.

As I understand it, the lawsuit with DC tied up the Captain Marvel properties, so even though Charlton bought rights to reprint this material they couldn't use the "...Marvel" character names.
