Adventures into the Unknown is scanned to issue 146. Is any issue beyond that not in the public domain?

While on the subject, why is only up to Pep Comics #71 is particular uploaded? I figured it would have ended at the superhero stories, but there doesn't seem to be any superhero stories in Pep Comics #71.
