You will be seeing it shortly, at least in a few weeks at most from now.
Be on the lookout for it, soon.

Update: I will have the book in hand on Nov 1. Scanning will start shortly after that.

The book has been scanned, here are a few raw scans for a teaser:





Remember these are just reduced sized raw scans, not the finished product at this time.
The book was listed as "Fair", you judge for yourself after it's done and up on what you think.
It should be, (hopefully on my end) done by the end of the week at the latest.
And if the downloading site is back up, for your enjoyment.

Now this is one I'd really like to see, (and no I don't have this issue by the way):
