Kerry Drake comics pop up from Different publishers. I think I missed this one.
I've posted on this before, but this is another strip where I see the strong influence of Chester Gould's Dick Tracy, Both in the Villains being named for Grotesque or exaggerated facial and bodily features or habits or tics, and - more importantly - in the narrative structure.
Going to read this shortly and eat brunch while I read.
