Published in German-speaking countries in 1983 by the Austrian publishing house Comicothek (Comic Forum). It is a soft cover with an envelope and is in black and white. I also have the beautiful book "Fantastic Art of Frank Frazetta Book 1" by Betty Ballantine, unfortunately, I am missing Book 2.

In case you don't know there are two Frank Frazetta archives on this site. They're the Dan Brand and Tipi ones that can be found in the Western Compilations section.
