Interesting to see the names and faces of the readers who read this title back in the day on pages 8 and 9. It’s also interesting that their existence wouldn’t have been made known to me otherwise had they not been forever imprinted within the pages of this issue, ceasing to simply be people of the past and will continue to be acknowledged in the future so long as other readers browse through the issue on this website or elsewhere.

It's very interesting to me that this hybrid of a regular girl's magazine and girl's comic book would outsell all the traditional style girl's magazines, given that once girls got to age 10 or 11, they started looking down on comic books (outgrowing them, on average, a few years earlier than boys).  Yet comic books were so very successful during the mid-to-late 1940s, that they could even outsell traditional style girls' magazines.
