Thanks for that information on the corrected version, Irek. But just to clarify, THIS currently uploaded version on CB+ still has the duplicated page and some pages missing. Where can we find those currently?

0If the corrected version was made by Narfstar, I assume it will be uploaded onto CB+ fairly soon.
