Hi Kidronn.  Yes they are available to download.  Once you have signed in navigate to the issue you want.  On that page on the right hand side of the "Index Card" there is a blue "Download File " button.  Click that.  In the drop down box which will appear, choose what you want do with it.
Please only download one issue at a time, i.e. wait till a download is complete before downloading another book.
