Hi,

Whenever I try to login on the comics download page, the system says I am logged in as a guest user.

When I try to download a comic book the system says I am not authorized.

My account is oldovergrad.

I created a new account called oldundergrad, but when I try to use it I have the same problem.

I have tried using both IE and Firefox.

I have also turned off my firewall software and that doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas?

First point -- please notify us when there is a problem. I do not recall seeing anything about your problems associated with your "oldovergrad" account -- upon checking, "oldovergrad" had no bandwidth and would not have had anything without us being notified (system bumps require some accounts being "pushed" by moderators), which is why members should always notify us instead of creating a new account on their own. On our end, there is nothing wrong with either account. I want you to test each account again -- remember to use the same log-in details that you use in the forum.

Please report back to me your results because you will have to delete one of these accounts once one is up and running.

I hope you are able to download soon -- tons of good stuff here for you to enjoy!

Do it again -- use the same login details for the download area as for the forum -- double check; if it is still happening, let us know.

When I attempt to login to Golden Age Comics using the same username/password that I just used to login to this forum, I get the following messages.

     Error: Login failed... No username was entered. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the
     above error and report this to the admin

     [004] :  : login.php(line 81) -- func->error( Login failed... No username was entered )

Sorry that you are having problems.

Please log back in again on the download site and attempt to download a file.

And I would appreciate it if you report back what happens -- too many never let us know the result, which is really counter productive to our being able to help them solve their problem.
