The team up of Supes and Bats was based on trying to cash in on the popularity of both more than a sensible match up. Green Arrow was thrown in to boost GL's lagging sales. Neither team really made any sense.

I don't remember all the issue numbers but some of my favorties are;
Pep Comics - The Comet get hypnotized into crime and needs to clear his name.
Super Mystery Comics - Magno and Davey constant battles with The Clown. Clown to me are horrid. Just don't like them and this one is evil personified.
Daredevil (Modern) - A friend of Matt gives up his secret identity to the Kingpin and uses this to destroy him.
X-Men - Dark Phoenix saga.
Iron Man - His struggle with alcoholism.
