Is there a way to tell if I have a good upload?

Hey, I noticed that I have some comics that seem to fit in here where there are some missing.   The first things I wanted to try uploading, are issues 4 and 5 of the 1940 Green Hornet Comics.   There should be six original issues and you only have number 6 posted.  So... great!  But... then I double checked my copies to make sure I'm not uploading junk..... and .... it seems as though someone ripped digital pages from perhaps a compilation or reprint?   And slapped a scan from an actual comic on the front......  (the dimensions of the cover 400x553 are much smaller than the rest 1192x1843 - and can I upload digital copies? - i just realized that i haven't noticed any on this site yet..... derp) soo...... is this junk, and I shouldn't bother?  Or should i upload anyway, making a note to this, and let the pros check, just in case?

Keep in mind, when i hit upload, and saw "name", i started typing my name.... so, yeah, brain injury, please be kind and explain in small words - thanks!

John

Attaching 2 pics - This is the cover, as is (70kb).  the first page i shrunk to 25% of its original size to fit as an attachment (so it appears as 67kb down from my copy of 699kb).
