I'm pretty sure that these are still under copyright by the NY Daily News/Chicago Tribune Syndicate (or whatever they are currently known as now-a-days) and as such couldn't be hosted by GAC since we only host PD comics (or in a few cases a few fanzines we have been given permission to host).
On the other hand IDW has been publishing some handsome hardcover volumes that have been reprinting LOA strips from the beginning.  I believe that they are up into the 1930s strips now.
