Thanks for all the uploads Kusunoki, l was not sure where to put the American Air Forces 004 scan though, is it Canadian?

Personally, I'd call it Magazine Enterprises, even though that might not be 100% accurate.

I notice in the indicia that it was "printed and published" out of Chicago, but the mailing address is Lexington Avenue in New York (ME's address, in fact), and Vincent "Vin" Sullivan founded ME.  He's the same guy who edited for DC's early days until he helped launch Columbia (then broke with them over a disagreement with the owners).

Nice detective work, jcolag. In the future I'm going to steal that address checking technique to make sure I know who the publishers are.
