This might seem like a stupid question, but I keep seeing something about "karma" by members' names on their posts, and I'm wondering, what does it mean and how is it earned? I would like some o' that there karma, or as Bob Crumb would say, "Me some, too!".

There you go. It is a pat on the back or a slap in the face. Simply hit applaud to increase or smite to decrease someone's Karma.
