Three pre-code issues from the old collection recently dug from deep in the closet are uploading to the ftp as we speak.  They're not ECs, but fun to read nevertheless.  Hope everyone enjoys them.

Weird Horrors 05 - St. John, December 1952

and Weird Mysteries 06 - Key Publications, August 1953 - goulish cover for sure on this one

Way cool, Lofty.  I've been reading around these horror titles some lately and really do think a lot of these other companies have comics every bit as good as ECs.  While EC most definitely had great artists, sometimes I find them a bit more formulaic or preachy than some others.  I also prefer the coloring at some of the other golden age publishers and am really am enjoying almost every title I check out, Harveys especially.  Also I'm on a big St. John kick, so I'm very jazzed to check this trio of comics out.  I must becoming a comix geek, cuz you just made my friday night

Glad you guys appreciate reading these as much as I do.  Thanks go to Kusunoki especially for his recent offerings of similar mags here.  It was his Chamber of Chills and other posts that moved me to look for mine.  One of these days I hope to scan a few more like them.  Stay tuned!
