Marines Attack #6, possible virus?

A few days ago, I was downloading a few comics and when I downloaded Marines Attack #6 I went away from the computer for a few minutes.  When I came back, a virus was going crazy on my computer screen.  It is possible I picked it up elsewhere and it only happened to go into effect at that moment...but it might be worth checking.  (It took me a call to Dell Technical Help and several hours to clean the computer.)

I've downloaded it, opened it and didn't get a warning from my anti-virus software I've installed (Avast, Windows defender and I've checked it with Malwarebytes Antimalware), so I think the file is "safe".
It would be good if someone else checked it as well. :)

Then it's likely I got the virus somewhere else.  Thanks for taking the chance on opening it.   :)
