As hit or miss as getting any comic, I'm mildly interested in this as the second costumed appearance of FBI Agent/Superhero, TNT Todd. He first appeared in costume in #21, June 1940, making him one of the earliest superheroes. As far as I can tell, those are his only superhero appearances.

I've actually had him featured in more art commissions than he appeared in comics.

I'd like to see his 2nd appearance.

Yeah, a superhero who launches himself through the air with his own explosions was such a fun/wacky idea I loved it.
