Hello prady and welcome to CBP
If you want to read a comic, click the issue you fancy and read it on the site's reader using the simple controls beneath the comic's front page.  And if you want to download it, click the Download File button on the right.  You can download a comic every 2 minutes.
You probably know this but, to read comics on your computer you'll need a reader such as CDisplay.  Just search for it and install on your machine.  Enjoy yourself.
