My first time uploading. I didn't know I was supposed to report it here!
I do have the rest of the AITU books. I will get them up soon.

Also, how does one convert a .cbr into a .cbz?

I approved issues 128, 129, 130, 131 and 133. We can only host up to issue #146, the later issues are not public domain.

cbr files are fine here. If you did need to convert them you would first have to change the cbr extension to rar then open it with your unzip program. It will create a folder of jpg files which you can add to a zip archive then change the zip extension to cbz
