I feel Giacoia (and friends?) would be a good guess for the inker. Mike Sekowsky excelled at this kind of subject matter, and this is a handsome-looking book. A lot more interesting than the TV series (yes, I actually watched it).

I was leaning toward Giacoia, but Giella does a kind of stippling on background surfaces that we see in some panels here, which makes me think Joe had a hand in the inking. Before I knew who Giella was, I always identified him as that guy who does that thing with the random dots on the ground and on the walls in various DC comics.
