The question about the cover is moot because it's a collage of interior panels. The clinch is from the first story and the couple from the last (Colletta signed) story.

The first story was pencilled by someone who drew well, like Giordano, but I'm not convinced because Giordano tended not to use so many profile heads. Mebbe him, mebbe not.
