Is it only Nancy that's banned, or also Bushmiller's Fritzi Ritz & Phil Fumble strips?

I know about Nancy... I did many of the Sparklers, but I have other UnitedFeatures stuff (like TipTops) with early Fritzis where Nancy was featured, and occasional PhilFumble (Fritzi's boy friend) strips

So Fritzi Ritz stories with Nancy Ritz in them are ok then? I know that some Tip Top Comics uploads have Nancy in them.
