I have to agree with Superman that, while entertaining, this comic is fanzine-level material. About the only competently-drawn thing is the hero's spaceship.

Artist Tighe must have been fighting deadlines. His art gets more rushed with each issue. By the time this one comes along he's almost given up drawing people, sticking to spaceships and exploding planets. At least I assume this issue is drawn by Tighe--the artist re-uses a swipe (probably from a photo) for Captain Havoc's head that he'd used in an earlier (signed) issue.

Seems like Tighe alternated with Don Ryan on the art but info. on this is scarce.  There is a sentence on Lambiek:-
