I just looked at my scans.  They appear edited but uncropped.  I guess I grabbed it elsewhere.  I'll crop and post.  I don't know whose scan it is.

Wow.  So, an unexpected benefit of this list: some scans from our various private collections become unearthed, allowing us to share them with  everyone else.

This is better than I ever imagined it would be.
