But which title and issue is this story from?
I used GCD and learned it's from Fox's Jo-Jo #2 from 1946.

But Fox had another much longer lasting Electro in Science Comics. He changed his name to Dynamo in Science #2 and appears in every issue as well as some other Fox titles.

You can read about Fox's Dynamo in the PD Super Heroes Wiki which I highly recommend being used when making archives like these.

I think one should Always include a thank-you to the original scanners of the scans being used in any collections. It's polite and they don't get as much appreciation in general as they truly deserve IMHO.
