Four Color 534 Western Marshal "Not a Valid Zip Archive"

Trying to open Four Color 534 with CDisplay gets the message "Not a Valid Zip Archive." It's 55mb during download and in my documents, but extracting the jpgs with 7-Zip gets a diagnostic message "Unsupported compression method" on each jpg, and when the jpgs are extracted they're each 0mb. This has happened the three times I've downloaded the file. No problems with any other recent downloads.

Yes, it does come up with "Not a Valid Archive".

The "unsupported compression method" might be a problem with using 7-zip.
