I'm pretty sure Dr. Who was not created until the 1960s.  Since this site only has comics up through 1959, there will likely be no Dr. Who items here.

There are lots of other things to enjoy though.

That is correct.  Dr. Who first appeared in 1963, so none of his comic book appearances are in the Public Domain.

Doctor Who first appeared on British TV on November 23rd 1963 and 12 months later showed up in comic strip form for the first time in the pages of 'TV Comic' begining with issue number 674, later moving over to 'Countdown' and 'TV Action' for a time in the early 70's before retuning to TV Comic.

from 1979 the Doctor was given his own title which is still going strong to this day having recently just passed the '400' mark.

If its time travel stories that you want then check out the adventures of Stuart Taylor in Jumbo Comics which can be found in the 'Fiction House' section.
