Oh dear!
Just be happy with the image.
There is a site and a facebook page with a lot of these specially created covers, so search for it - you have all the clues.

Hi Paw broon.
Thx. !
if I read <lot of these specially created covers> , does it mean , no real comic book does exist but this is just a promo stunt  ?
Would Love to hear back , because if it is so then I might as well stop looking for it .
I think that was the 'clue' wasn't it ?

Not so much a promo stunt as a fan creating fake covers.

Cool idea for a crossover though.

Radaway,

I posted a link to that site somewhere on CB+ about a year ago. Its well-worth visiting. Some of the mash-ups are hilarious. If I find the link again in my own links I will post it for you.
If you do some searching for it on search engines, you might find it.
If somebody put that on Ebay, its a con. Neither Buffy or Vampirella are DC characters. Think about it.
Cheers.

This one will have to make do as a space-filler until such time as there's an official crossover (which is not by any means outside the range of likelihood  -- I think Dynamite does almost as many Vampirella crossovers as it does regular Vampi comics).

Speaking of DE's Vampirella crossover projects, some of them are quite "out there" and seem like fakes generated by some artist in a whimsical mood... THIS one, however, is in fact an actual title published by Dynamite (unfortunately, the cover artist here, Dan Parent, is not the interior artist on the comic as well)...

It seems like Dan Parent got cheated out of not getting to draw the actual story in DE's comic book above, given the fact that the B&V/Vampirella connection was in all likelihood inspired by this (again, actual) issue of BETTY AND VERONICA published almost 7 years earlier...

OK.

I think this is the site that cover originated on
https://braveandboldlost.blogspot.com/

And a lot of fun it is too.
And here's an article about these kinds of Mash-ups. Mostly reprinting from the above site.

https://www.cbr.com/fan-made-comic-book-covers/

One thing I noticed, there are no Golden Age mash-ups. Opportunity there for someone.
Cheers.
