Just picked up Crackajack Funnies nr.14, published by Dell in 1939.
I see that Phabox has already added some Dell comics, but I just want to check that it is OK to upload this.

Crackajack Funnies funnies seem OK, l could find no renewal for them and the early issues do not contain anything that would come under any other copyright. The copyright status of the Tarzan and Ellery Queen stories in later issues could be a bit murky, but unless the copyright owner asks for their removal l will consider the series public domain
