I read this really to practice my Dutch which can be a bit wobbly (I'm more of a German speaker) but this was actually a fairly decent story - and I look forward to the subsequent issues of The Second (or New) Pimpernel.

The art was a bit crude but I believe this was an amateur production? In which case, all can be forgiven.

I realize "tweede" is Dutch for "second," but at first glance my Anglophone eyes read it as "tweedy," and I pictured a genteel fellow in tweeds lounging about Amsterdam.
