Yes I believe Joe Colquhoun drew all previous issues before #12, Some debate on how many issues there actually were, I've managed to track down 9 covers online - Dennis Gifford mentions there being 10 issues in The Complete Catalogue of British Comics, but 12 issues in Super Duper Supermen. So who knows?

Yes it's difficult figuring out a lot of stuff about these American look-a-like comics.  The British guide  - not noted for it's accuracy or completeness in some cases - lists 10 issues mostly un-numbered. and yet we have #12 on site. As dan007 notes, Gifford's information has inconsistencies. The indicia is no help, in fact most of this type of British comic have useless indicia. I note that this #12, does not display the "Streamline" name.
