Joan Navarro's blog is always worth checking out. He's presented hundreds of tantalizing glimpses of comics from Spain's Golden Age. I enjoyed this recent collection of covers from a 1959 s-f series by Matias Alonso, "La Saga de los Aznar." Wish we could get some of these on CB+.

Thanks for the link crash.  I've had a look but the only links I can find for the landscape comics have expired.  Other links for the title go to the novels.  The stories have been re-released and seem to be highly visible.  Perhaps some of our native Spanish speakers might be able to turn up the tebeos.  (I've been at the dentist today and I'm knackered  so I'm probably not up to the mark for digging stuff up.)

Very interesting illustrations.

I once found an online site with many Spanish and Italian comics, fully translated. That was many years ago. Very cool stories.
