old-school printing/publishing supplies or resources

Ghost Man, one of our members has established his own blog, THE VINTAGE INKWELL ACADEMY.

He has just posted this
Quote
Greetings all,
I'm currently in creative collaboration with another artist who's seriously interested in tracking down and obtaining old comic printing supplies, or any and all old-school printing/publishing supplies or resources. This includes Ben Day, Craftint, print stripping materials, etc. He's already developed a method to duplicate the exact look of old color comics and is seeking to refine this process. He and I are working on a creative project to produce new creative content based upon the Golden-Age style. If anyone has any sources or leads to help him secure any of these vintage materials, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think that is something that deserves its own thread, so I created one.
I also did a little research, and the results are below. Most sites relevant to the subject of printing comics start with the silver age, earlier is not so easy to find. So here are a few :-

Only a thought but I wonder if AC Comics who produce Femforce can provide any help:

Sincere thanks AP, I well appreciate your support and help. Collective belief is often the fuel to make dreams become reality. These are great links which I will share with my friend in this project. Thanks Andrew999, I forgot about AC comics, good call out, I'll try and reach out to them.

p.s. - I'm also working on the latest blog post at TVIA, it's been a bit of a challenge managing time with multiple projects.

BTW, I try and spell colour the same way for the most part, except when the Yank in me takes over and I stumble. It's the true, original spelling and phonetically it makes better sense.

I wholeheartedly support the project! Would there be a way to order comics from them as to financially support them or is it a strictly "historical" project which purpose is strictly to conserve the technology and not to sell comics?
Plus, I should be able to order comics if everything goes as I want; right now, I'm in Russia where it's often difficult to order from abroad (many shops and sellers will simply not send there, no matter what you tell them) but by the time this project comes to fruition, I should be comfortably installed in some of this property in Spain, a country where online sellers will be willing to ship their products, because they apparently don't want to tap into a potentially big market.

Greetings Fulcrum29SMT,
Thanks for your support on this project. I will be using this method working with my associate to produce comics in the near future which you can read more about here: https://ingenuityserials.com
When I'm fully publishing I will have no problem sending books to whatever part of the globe my customers live and congratulations on your move to Spain. I hope you'll be happy there it has a very supportive arts community and treasures creative endeavors by it's citizens.

You can see representations of my associate's finished process here: https://www.reddit.com/r/vintageinkwell/comments/gu3vf9/part_of_a_larger_piece_to_be_revealed_in_the/ and I also run a blogsite that provides free vintage art instruction resources for developing artists.
