Panther raised this in a comment on Claire Voyant #2.  For a 4 issue title there seems to have been a lot of publishers.  Overstreet lists publisher(s) as, Leader Publ./Standard/Pentagon Publ.
The first issue was unnumbered.  Claire Voyant's adventures are continued or carried on from the first 2 unnumbered issues of Keen Teens from 1945 published by Life's RomancesPubl/Leader Magazine Ent.
The issue we have on site is an upgrade, I think, by soothsayr_movielover_Novus.
So, where to file it? The other issues of Claire Voyant don't seem to have been scanned but we have Keen Teens #1 - 4 here:-
