Introduction
« on: March 16, 2010, 03:23:13 PM »

I'm 27 and a fan of Golden Age comics, but I don't really have the funds to be a collector so I'm afraid I can't contribute much except my gratitude to all those who have made their wonderful collections available here. I used to read comics as a kid, but I've just started getting back into it in the last 2-3 years. My favorites are Captain Marvel, Plastic Man and pretty much anything else by Jack Cole, Matt Baker or Fletcher Hanks. I see there are several Fiction House titles featuring work by Lily Renee, I saw some samples of her work recently and I'm really looking forward to checking them out. Great site, keep up the good work!

Welcome to the site.  I'm also a fan of the work of Fletcher Hanks.  I have an incomplete Fantastic Comics 10 (along with other comics) in my 4shared folder that includes one of Hanks' Stardust stories.

Are you the same bchat from My Opinion Doesn't Matter? Cool blog. I'd never seen any of the Tiger Hart stories before reading them there, some of Hanks' best artwork in my opinion, do you know if he did any more of these?

Yep, that's my blog.

As far as I know, that's the only Tiger Hart story Hanks did.  Shame too, as I'm curious what he would have done with the concept had he continued producing it.
