Even though there is a ten-cent price on the cover, the clothing store stamp at the bottom suggests this was a giveaway.
"Hey mister, where's Grit Grady?"

None of the so-called Holyoke One-Shots (this is just a fan-applied series title, each one was numbered consecutively but had individual titles) had indicia. In fact, it's not even sure that "Holyoke" was the company that issued them, but since the original source of the stories was Holyoke, that's what they're called. This is an odd "mystery" comic book series. 

Also from the Additional Information panel on Issue #5 (Which does have a Grit Grady' story),

According to the last panel, this story, and the next issue's, were supposed to be part of a comic that was never published: Old Glory Comics
