Draftie was a US newpaper comic strip syndicated by John F. Dille Co. Draftie ran from Jan 1941 to May 1946. Late in 1944 the title changed to Lem and Ernie. The artist for the entire run was Bill Juhre. Juhre later did the newspaper strip The Orbits.
